This bib comes with a fold up pocket at the bottom, and snaps to hold in place. Emptying any extras are a breeze, just unsnap over the bin. Although, if your child is anything like mine, once the plate is empty they just move on to the savoured treats in the pocket!
The Elsie & D food catcher bib is a perfect beginner pattern, very quick and easy to sew. There are so many fabric options and it's a great scrap busting project, but using PUL or laminated minky as one of the layers is perfect if you're wanting a waterproof bib.
